Who we are

Blend Ltd is the trading name of Blend EST24 Ltd, company number 15915885, registered office 3–7 Wilbraham Street, Birkenhead CH41 2PZ. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at admin@blendltd.net or on 07716 936933.

The tattoo enquiry form

When you send an enquiry through the tattoo page we receive your name, the email address or phone number you choose to give, the style, placement and size you are interested in, and anything you write in the message box. We use this to reply to you and to prepare for a consultation. The form is processed by Netlify, which hosts this website, and the details are emailed to us. We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any booking that follows.

We do not use your details for marketing and we do not pass them to anyone else.

Booking

Online booking runs through Setmore, a separate service with its own privacy policy. Anything you enter when booking is held by Setmore and shared with us so we can run the appointment.

Health information

Before a tattoo we will ask about allergies and health conditions and you will complete a consent form in the studio. That information is collected on paper or in the studio, not through this website, and is kept securely for the period required by law.

Services this website uses

• Netlify hosts the site and processes the enquiry form. Like any web host it records basic technical details of visits, such as IP address and browser type, in its server logs.
• Google Maps provides the map on the Visit page.
• Featurable displays our Google reviews on the home page.

Each of these providers may set its own cookies or collect technical data under its own privacy policy. We do not run analytics or advertising tracking on this site.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email admin@blendltd.net and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
